Psychological Assessments
Our in-depth psychological assessments provide valuable insights into your cognitive functioning, personality, and emotional state. These assessments can help diagnose mental health conditions, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and guide treatment plans.
Psychoeducational Assessments
Designed especially for students and adults facing learning challenges, our psychoeducational assessments evaluate cognitive abilities, academic skills, and learning styles. These assessments can identify learning disabilities, ADHD, and other factors affecting academic or professional performance.
Therapy
Our personalized therapy approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered techniques. We tailor our methods to help you overcome challenges, improve emotional well-being, and thrive in your daily life.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between a psychological assessment and a psychoeducational assessment?

How long does an assessment take?
Assessments typically require multiple sessions, totaling 6-8 hours one-on-one, additional behind the scenes work, scoring test, writing the report with a formulation and recommendations, followed by a feedback session to discuss results.

Is everything I say confidential?
Yes, our sessions are strictly confidential. However, there are certain situations where I am legally required to break confidentiality. I will always discuss these limits to confidentiality with you at the beginning of our work together.
